The African Rhino is one of Africa’s most endangered creatures and are still constantly hunted mercilessly by poachers. These majestic creatures are typically killed for their horns, which are sold for a variety of needless things and these atrocities have to stop.
World Of Animals has been supporting the Ol Pejeta conservancy project in Africa by donating 10% of its profits, but more needs to be done to save these magnificent creatures.
What’s more, the recent outbreak of Ebola is also affecting the rhinos, as Ol Pejeta is receiving less tourism due to the deadly virus, which is creating a huge financial black hole for the organisation.
World Of Animals is working closely with Ol Pejeta this week to raise awareness for these endangered creatures. By visiting the World Of Animals website, you can also do your bit. Alternatively you can go to Ol Pejeta’s Justgiving page and donate to them directly.
There are just six Northern White Rhinos left in the wild and four of them are at Ol Pejeta. Let’s do what we can to ensure that they stay there.
