We’ve still got a while to wait until the sale officially kicks off tomorrow, but don’t assume you can’t get any Prime Day board game deals in the here and now. Discounts are already flying despite the event being hours away, and I’ve seen price cuts on everything from heavy-weight hobby games to lighter party fare.
To make sure you’re getting the very best bargains with minimal effort, I’m gathering the most tempting Prime Day board game deals right here. I’ll keep updating this page with new savings as I find them until the bitter end when this sale wraps up late on October 7, so it’s worth dropping in every now and then in case something on your wishlist gets a price cut.
Because I’ve been covering sales and the best board games at GamesRadar+ since 2018, I’ve got a pretty good idea of what constitutes a ‘good’ deal. That’ll come in handy as we make our way through Amazon’s Big Deal Days, because Prime Day board game deals aren’t always what they seem. The retailer often raises the price of a game before an event just to bring it back down so the saving looks bigger, for instance, while other offers are commonly seen all year ’round. That’s why I’ll only be posting genuine, thoroughly-vetted bargains here.

Today’s best Prime Day board game deals
Of its 800+ user reviews at Amazon, a whopping 94% gave Harmonies a five star rating… and elsewhere in the community, it has an equally positive reputation. That makes this all-time low price easy to recommend, especially because we’ve never seen it so cheap before this year’s Prime Day board game deals.View Deal
Catan Board Game (6th Edition): was $49.99 now $29.99
If you want the ultimate modern board game, I would argue that Catan is the best choice. It has come to define an entire generation of games with trendsetting mechanics and multiple routes to victory (as noted in our Catan review). While we have seen it for less before now, it dropping to $30 is hugely unusual; it’s more commonly $40. View Deal
Ticket to Ride Board Game (2025 Refresh): was $39.99 now $29.99
Much like Catan, Ticket to Ride is a superb ‘gateway’ game if you want something for family or are hoping to get into the hobby; it eases you in with accessible rules, but there’s a tactical undercurrent that lets you forge your own path. It’s only ever been a few dollars cheaper than this, which is pretty good for a game we rated so highly in our Ticket to Ride review.View Deal
As noted in our Azul review, this tile-laying puzzle game is a revelation… and the kind of challenge you’ll keep coming back to. It’s exactly the kind of “just one more round” game that quickly gets its claws into you and refuses to let go, so seeing it drop by 40% as part of this year’s Prime Day board game deals is a win.View Deal
Splendor (a gem-trading puzzle game) is one of those modern classics that feels as though it belongs on every shelf, and this offer for 2026’s Prime Day board game deals brings it crashing down to its best price in 180 days. View Deal
