can you write a copy protected ADF to disk?

Just curious can you write the original copy protected ADF back to disk? Leander (UK) (Disk 1) (1991) [Original] (Psygnosis) (MFM ‘VERY’ Long tracks).adf is 2,313,388 bytes, so not your standard 880k.
